Our helpdesk is constantly monitored and there to help you resolve your issues in a timely manner. Your issue will be immediately logged and be dealt with according to clearly defined Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). You can either call us direct on 0870 428 4482 or email your request to helpdesk@c-itsolutions.co.uk. All requests are stored in a central location, monitored and acted upon accordingly by the IT expert best suited to the query. Depending upon the severity of the problem we will attempt to help you over the phone or by remotely connecting to your systems but are always more than willing to make a site visit to offer you advice or correct a problem.
We act as your internal IT department and will manage your day to day IT business needs, dealing with suppliers and all the time ensuring you understand our approach and your IT with great communication and excellent documentation.
